Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking a service with Convenient Cleaning Services LLC(“Convenient Cleaners,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Convenient Cleaners provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Boston area. Service details, scheduling, and pricing are communicated at the time of booking or quote.

Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made through our website or by phone.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or safety concerns.

Access and Preparation

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the premises at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a trip charge may apply. We ask that pets be secured and valuables stored before our arrival.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Insurance and Liability

All Convenient Cleaners team members are fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during a cleaning, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of the service.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon for commercial contracts. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through our booking platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convenient Cleaning Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
